Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will let you know if so.
2. Methods & delivery times
Pickup in Tbilisi: arrange collection after we confirm your order is ready.
Courier across Georgia: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International shipping: typically 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the method and destination before you pay.
4. Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we add the tracking number to your order; you can view it in your account and in our emails.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
