THE WORKSHOP
MERANI is a small workshop on the edge of old Tbilisi, where two metals and eight centuries of poetry are joined by hand. We make one ring, and we make it completely.
Born from a single verse
MERANI began with one line of Shota Rustaveli and a stubborn idea: that a poem could be worn. We spent a year translating raised Mkhedruli script into metal that would survive a lifetime on a hand.
Two metals, no shortcuts
Every sovereign is cast in solid rose gold, refined, and cold-set into an oxidised silver band. Nothing is mass-stamped. The letters are chased and polished one by one, which is why no two rings are ever identical.
Made to last generations
A MERANI ring is made to be handed down. Bring it back to us once a year and we will re-polish the verse and refresh the dark field, free, for as long as the workshop stands.
